The park is a miniature theme park situated at the north-eastern shore of Golden Horn, literally Turkish Haliç or Altın Boynuz, in Şehr-i Istanbul, Turkey.
Nemrut or Nemrud (Turkish: Nemrut Dağı ; Armenian: Նեմրութ լեռ) is a 2,134 m (7,001 ft) high mountain in southeastern Turkey, Adıyaman Province, notable for the summit where a number of large statues are erected around what is assumed to be a royal tomb from the 1st century BCE. Some of the statues are near the peak of Mount Nemrut, also known as Historic Remains of Mount Nemrut, Remains of the Commagene Kingdom, Turkish literally Nemrut Dağı Kalıntıları. The Mount Nemrut was made a World Heritage site, literally Turkish Dünya Kültür Mirası, by UNESCO in 1987.
